Hành tây bóc vỏ lụa, thái lát mỏng. Nấm cũng thái lát mỏng. Chuẩn bị một tô trộn lớn, cho thịt lớn thái mỏng, hành tây, nấm cùng các gia vị ướp gồm: nước sốt ớt Hàn Quốc, mật ong, nước tương, dầu hào, rượu gạo, bột ớt đỏ Hàn Quốc, tiêu, tỏi và gừng vào trộn đều, để ướp trong 15 phút cho thấm.
Làm nóng chảo với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn láng mặt. Trút thịt vào đảo liên tục trên lửa vừa. Chờ thịt hơi săn lại mới cho hành tây và nấm vào xào chung. Vì thịt lợn đã thái lát mỏng nên giai đoạn xào khá nhanh chóng, chỉ chừng 5 phút cho đến khi thịt săn mềm thì tắt lửa. Trước khi trút thịt ra đĩa, cho hành lá thái nhỏ và rưới chút dầu mè vào trộn đều.
