Rây mịn bột mì, 1 muỗng cà phê muối và 1 muỗng cà phê bột nở cho vào tô.

Tách lòng trắng trứng khỏi lòng đỏ, cho lòng đỏ trứng vào tô hỗn hợp bột mì. Thêm sữa tươi, chuối nghiền nhuyễn, 1 ống vani vào, trộn đều.

Đánh đều lòng trắng trứng với 20gr đường trắng, trộn vào tô hỗn hợp bột, để khoảng 10-15 phút. Làm nóng chảo với bơ, múc hỗn hợp bánh vào, chiên vàng 2 mặt.

Khi bánh chín, bọc bánh vào giấy bạc, ủ bánh trong lò ấm khoảng 100 độ C. Bày bánh ra đĩa, ăn với chuối, si rô, hoa quả tươi.
