Bought it for my mom and she loves to use it to make jook and other stew. Works great!

Easy to clean

The quality is very good and the customer service is really excellent. The glass lid was broken by accident. I wrote a email to ask buy a replacement, the replied quickly and sent me a lid without charge!

So happy I buy this one which is bigger than the one I was looking. Get the one even you are only cooking for 1 or 2. And the glass does help. Very easy to use and program.
