Cho 1.2 lít sữa tươi không đường và 600ml kem sữa tươi trong chảo, đun lửa vừa. Nếu thấy sôi bong bóng thì bắt đầu giảm lửa rồi thêm vào nước cốt chanh và muối, khuấy nhẹ tay.

Sau nữa ngày được làm lạnh thì phô mai Ricotta đã hoàn tất và sẵn sàng phục vụ rồi nhé! Bạn có thể đem chế biến thành những món ăn ưa thích. Nếu dùng không hết có thể bảo quản ngăn mát tủ lạnh dùng dần trong khoảng 3-4 ngày.
