Tôm xào chua ngọt là món ăn vừa kích thích vị giác, lại vừa bổ dưỡng. Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo nóng. Thêm 1 tép tỏi đã băm nhuyễn vào, chờ tỏi vừa ngả vàng thì cho ngay tôm vào xào chín rồi xúc ra dĩa riêng.

Nêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt vào, trộn đều.
